Join us in thanking Ryan Nelson & the Hoover Rotary Club for the invitation to address their noon lunch meeting. On Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at the Hoover Country Club in Hoover, AL, Matthew introduced this group of business professionals to Don't Get Sidetracked.  He shared with them what he's doing to help our middle school, high school, & college students make better decisions.

Alabaster-Pelham Rotary Club

Matthew wants to publicly thank Dick Ritz and the Alabaster-Pelham Rotary Club for the invitation to address their noon lunch meeting on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at the Shelby Baptist Medical Center Physicians Building in Alabaster, AL. Their group of about 25 business professionals gave Matthew the opportunity to introduce them to Don't Get Sidetracked, & make them aware of what he's doing to try to help our middle school, high school, & college students make better decisions.

University Church of Christ, Tuscaloosa AL

Matthew is grateful that he had the opportunity to speak to another great group of teenagers. He accepted an invitation from University Church of Christ in Tuscaloosa AL, and spoke to the group at their mid-week Bible class on Wednesday, November 6, 2013.

Youth Extravaganza at Greensboro Middle School, Greensboro, Alabama on Tuesday, September 24, 2013. Matthew had the opportunity to speak to the Hale County High School Football Team in Moundville, Alabama at Moundville Elementary School on Thursday, September 19, 2013. Thank you to Coach Joey Milligan and staff for the invitation.

In addition to the players, others in attendance included some of the parents, the cheerleaders, the coaches & their wives, and other faculty & staff.

Daphne High School Youth Extravaganza

Thank you to the school counselor Ms Elizabeth Holyfield and all of the faculty and staff for coordinating everything with us for this event. We appreciate the opportunity to speak to two grades of students today, and the invitation to make a return trip for the other two grades.

Red Bay High School Youth Extravaganza

Youth Extravaganza at Red Bay High School, Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 10 am. Thank you to the principal, Mr. Kenny Sparks, and his students and staff for the invitation and for their hospitality.

There were about 350 students in attendance for this event. They listened very attentively and had great questions during the Q&A segment.

Dr. Kay Hargett inducted the school's new SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) and HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) officers.
